Where else would you want to come to celebrate that anniversary, birthday or other special occasion? For just £50.00 treat that special someone with a presentation bouquet of seasonal flowers and a bottle of our excellent house champagne placed in your room prior to your arrival. Alternatively a box of Lovelady truffles with either flowers or champagne from £40.00 or, be a devil, and select all three for £60.00. Well we cannot think of a more romantic venue, particularly in our stunning four poster bedroom. We are now featured in the guide 'Rooms for Romance' and, of course, the AA gave us the Romantic Hotel Award.

Call My Bluff Wine Evening - 14 - 15 November 2008

Each year in November, we run a Call My Bluff Wine Evening which is always very popular. We are now taking bookings for this year for anyone who missed out, or who enjoyed it so much last year!

It is an evergreen battle of wits between Alan Whitehead, Director of House of Townsend who supply all the wines at Lovelady and Peter Haynes himself. Prices for the weekend start at £170.00 per person including the special gala dinner on Saturday together with all tasting wines.
